Girls' Brigade:

The Girls' Brigade is an inter-denominational organisation for girls of all ages, in over 50 countries worldwide.

At Zion & Newland URC it started 28 years ago, currently has 23 members with vacancies for more, and meets on Tuesdays from 6:30-8:00pm. Each evening is action-packed with games, badgework, crafts and more, as well as devotional time.

1st Cottingham Company is part of Hull & East Yorkshire District, giving contact with other companies, further activities and opportunities, eg Duke of Edinburgh's Awards.

The aim of the Girls' Brigade is to help girls to know The Lord Jesus Christ.
